We operate SAME DAY DISPATCH service on all orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri).
Items will be sent via Royal Mail 48 as standard (2-3 working days – subject to stock availability and any necessary security checks).*
Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped on the following working day.
The following shipping options are available for an additional fee.
Royal Mail 24 (1-2 working days). Most packages shipped via this method arrive the next day. Deliveries are made during the week and on Saturdays.
Special Delivery – Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery (cut off point for this service is 2.00pm) to all U.K. addresses. This is a tracked service and a signature is required on delivery.
Saturday Special Delivery (cut off point for this service is 2.00pm Friday). Guaranteed delivery by 1.00pm Saturday.
International Shipping (Tracked delivery) European deliveries usually arrive within 7 working days but can take up to 25 working days. Intercontinental deliveries may take up to 25 working days. This is a tracked service. Courier service available upon request.
Delivery to Europe – Please be aware we can no longer send tobacco products to the EU due to current legislation.
Delivery to the USA – Due to new Credit Card regulations Havana House will no longer ship to the USA.
Please be aware we can only ship lighters to UK addresses unless agreed prior to order confirmation.
We offer FREE UK Delivery (via Royal Mail 48) on all orders over £50.
£4.50 Royal Mail 48 for orders under £49.99 delivered within the UK.
£5.95 Royal Mail 24 for all orders (unless other service is requested) delivered within the UK.
£9.95 for Next Day Special Delivery within the UK Monday – Friday (Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1.00pm).
£13.95 for Saturday Special Delivery (Guaranteed Saturday delivery by 1.00pm) within the UK.
